Wu said that Canaan Inc. announced that it has signed a 4.5 megawatt mining machine sales contract with a Japanese power engineering solution provider to deploy the Avalon A1566HA-488T water-cooled mining unit for real-time grid load regulation and energy efficiency optimization, which is led by a large regional power company in Japan and is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2025. The mining machine is equipped with a self-developed intelligent control chip, which can dynamically adjust the frequency, voltage and computing power through algorithms to achieve load balancing under grid fluctuations.
